Designing and maintaining direct mail campaigns for various clients
ANZ Rewards: eDM
ANZ Rewards consistently sends out electronic direct mail (eDMS) to its rewards customers, encompassing various content such as marketing promotions, service updates, and statement summaries. The highlighted example is a marketing email tailored to target specific segments within the ANZ customer list. In collaboration with the Client Service Manager, Digital Developer, and Data Analytics team, I work to fulfill the client's objectives.
The primary aim is to actively engage rewards customers, encouraging them to earn and redeem points using their ANZ Rewards Credit Card. The overarching goals include boosting awareness of the ANZ Rewards program and its associated offers.
The initial template design is done by the senior designer at the time, and my role involved updating the existing template with new banners and refining the overall look and feel specific to the content of each email.
Optus Perks: eDM (Concept)
Optus Perks had enlisted an alternative agency to handle their email communications related to the rewards program managed by Aimia at the time. I received a directive to craft a series of emails outlining a customer journey, spanning from sign-up to 3, 6, and 12 months post-registration. The goal was to motivate customers to continue engaging in the program and capitalize on the enticing perks available.
The primary objective was to illustrate to customers the benefits they could derive from the program and serve as a reminder of what they had received thus far.
The ultimate outcome served as a showcase to the client, highlighting the capabilities of Aimia and the diverse skills of the various teams involved, ranging from Data and Analytics to Campaign and Creative.
